Ceylon Cinnamon - Cinnamomem ceylanicum - from Sri Lanka. Ceylon cinnamon has a fragrance virutally everyone can identify; warm, soft, sensuous and sweet.

An evergreen tree in the family of the Laurel, cinnamon bark is treasured for its fragrance.
