The Zafu is a traditional Zen meditation cushion and ideal for any type of sitting meditation.

Our Silk Kapok Zafu is available in 12" or 14" diameter; each forms to your body-shape, providing comfort and support.

Elegant pleated sides and a sewn in carry handle are standard features on these beautiful handcrafted cushions.
